Is Tse-Tse Fly named after Mao-Tse-Tong because it bite causes dangerous sleeping sickness?

And Mao-Tse-Tung too caused such a sickness in China that it took the life of 80 million Chinese?

Perhaps, the most recent epidemic of "Sleeping Sickness" should henceforth be referred to as "TryHanosomiasis"
