Looks like it to me, I hope we don't go down the Liverpool road|||There were factors to take into account, especially on property which led to higher costs over the year period. Once development is complete money will be recouped.
They still seem to be operating a financially sound business.|||Nice stadium, pretty football but no trophies = failure.
