What is a good spray to put on your hair before straightening/curling with a curling tong?

what is a good one that protects your hair but doesnt cost too much?


and what is a good spray that helps keep the curls in? it can be the same product or tow different ones. i can curl my hair really well now, and i love it, but idk how to keep them in longer.|||i use

i put in


"garnier fructis style curl sculpting cream gel





its in a green tube


i use EXTRA STRONG





i put a dime size amount on my fingers and i put it in one section





dont put it in ALL your hair at once


do it section by section


that way EACH and EVERY curl stays the same


and dont put to much of that stuff in because it makes it sticky|||A good heat protector is TRESemme i don't know the name, i know it has a red spray cap and the bottle shape is like rectangular. I hope this gives you an idea.


Also another TRESemme VOLUMIZING MOUSSE, that is very good with curly hair. I just recently started using 2days ago and it holds my curls very well.


I know you didn't ask for this but this is also a great product, its called TRESemme SIMPLY NO FRIZZ. Like when blow dry my hair its flat but still has some body, its perfect and works very well. I also jus recently started using it.
