How do I use a three tong curler?

I bought a new three tong curler and i always use it but everytime i do the top of my hair I look like i have come out of and eighties movie!


I need help. How do i keep it looking natural?|||Try a shine serum when you are done to tame it, and wave it in thicker sections to make it not so 'kinky'. Also- watch this. It helps to see somone do it to their hair.
