What does this mean in english? In Afrikaans TONG UIT STEEK IS SOENTJIES VRAE?

a friend of mine used this comment for one of my pictures.. He is from South Africa and I have no idea what it means.|||Hmmm, I actually don't speak Afrikaans, but I speak Dutch. See this Dutch sentence:





"Je tong uit steken is zoentjes vragen."





This sentence means: "Sticking your tongue out means asking for kisses"





I bet this is what the sentence means.|||You are absolutely correct. I speak it and you got it
