Should I study abroad at University of Karlsruhe in Germany or Shanghai Jiao Tong University?

I would be studying Mechanical Engineering and would be there for one semester. I am currently enrolled at a highly recognized state school in ME and would be abroad for one semester my junior year. Any info on either of the schools would be great since I don't know much about them.|||I would go to the one in Shanghai. Oh, and just google the schools for info|||Hi, I would study in Germany. I am planing on going to study Europe next Fall. I went to the school (music) and loved it. I think you will like it in Germany! Land of blond HOT girls!!!
