How do you get from Kowloon Tong to Ma On Shan on the MTR?

does anyone know how to get there? haha

:)|||from kowloon tong.... u take the train towards shatin.... or sheung shui... same direction...then u shift a train in TaiWai station...it's just one station ahead fr kowloon tong.... n fr TaiWai... u can reach Ma On Shan. here's the map of MTR....
